物资仓储企业班组建设实践与思考

【摘要】优秀高效的班组是企业成功的基石。只有班组的潜能被激活，才能更好地释放
整个企业的张力。优秀的班组文化对企业的发展具有重要的意义。加强班组建设，可以提高基层员工对企业的认同，增强内部凝聚力。加强班组建设，可以统一员工思想认识，缓解基层员工的压力，塑造充满活力的企业氛围，提高工作效率。论文以物资供应处咸阳转运站在班组建设中取得的经验为例，思考怎样才能做好物资仓储企业班组建设。
【Abstract】 The excellent and efficient team is the cornerstone of the success of the enterprise. Only when the potential of the team is activated can the tension of the whole enterprise be released better. Excellent team culture is of great significance to the development of enterprises. Strengthening the construction of the team can improve the identification of the employees at the grassroots level and enhance the internal cohesion，unify the knowledge of the staff， alleviate the pressure of the staff at the grass-roots level， create a vibrant enterprise atmosphere， and improve the working efficiency. This paper takes the experience obtained in the team construction of supplies department Xianyang transfer station as an example to consider how to make the construction of the material warehousing enterprise group.

1 班组建设的意义
随着油田形式的不断发展变化，物资仓储企业的员工素质、管理模式都发生了根本的变化；同时班组的管理方式也发生了快速的改变。因此要充分认识加强班组建设的重要意义，切实增强推进班组建设的主动性和积极性。物资仓储企业中也存在着一些不容忽视的问题，突出表现为班组长管理不够规范，整体素质不高，班组管理理念滞后、执行力不强等问题。如何在新形势下加强推进班组建设具有十分重要的现实意义。
1.1 加强集团化建设是促进企业快速发展的需要
企业管理是企业发展永恒的话题，团队管理是企业管理的基石，团队是我们企业的物资供应身体的基本细胞，是最基层的组织和所有的工作，团队建设是企业管理的基础工作，直接影响到企业的整体管理水平，所有的管理目标安全生产、物资供应企业必须贯彻到每一个团队。企业的执行力应体现在班组中。企业的效益应该通过团队和团队来实现。企业安全必须以团队
